Health Market Solutions works as a member of your executive team. We problem-solve with our clients and believe that access and exchange of information are key. To create this relationship, our business model is a flat monthly fee plus a performance incentive.

We do not bill by the hour. As your partner, we want our clients to call us at any time without the fear of incremental expense. This approach provides you with constant access and aligns our team with yours.

Effecting rapid improvement in performance requires increasing the pace with which organizations make good decisions. Too many executives leave meetings without answers or direction on key initiatives. The HMS Operating Model structures a leadership process in which 3-5 key initiatives are targeted for review and final decision at each senior-level meeting.

We work as partners with your executive team so we can focus on redesigning and improving your decision-making processes. This approach allows us to assist you in establishing your new Operating System so that it’s maintained and strengthened long after the engagement is complete.

Many organizations suffer from a host of leadership meetings where the conversation is extensive but no decisions are made. The Health Market Solutions Operating Model is founded on establishing a regular weekly or bi-weekly executive committee cadence.

The goal is for 80% of the agenda items at each meeting to be ready for the Executive Committee’s approval. All subjects are presented in a written HMOM Brief that is reviewed by Executive Committee members in advance of the meeting so we can achieve 5-7 decisions per meeting.
